From the moment we begin working together, you’re front and centre of the planning process. Using my years of creative experience along with my wealth of knowledge on the subject of weddings, you will receive honest recommendations, and together we will design meaningful signage and stationery that truly paints a picture of your unique love story.

Getting to know you deeply as a couple, allows me to step in and create a seamless, stress-free experience that encompasses your every vision.

So now, allow me to take you through what it’s like to work with me…

Step one

WE CHAT ALL THINGS “WEDDING” VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL. I ANSWER ANY BURNING QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE AND WE DISCUSS HOW I MAY BE ABLE TO BRING YOUR LOVE STORY TO LIFE.

Step two

WE DECIDE WHICH PACKAGE OR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS WILL BE BEST SUITED TO YOU AS A COUPLE. AN INVOICE IS THEN SENT THROUGH TO YOU VIA EMAIL WITH A BREAKDOWN OF EVERYTHING WE HAVE DISCUSSED. IF EVERYTHING SOUNDS 100% FOR YOU, THEN DEPOSIT CAN BE PAID DIRECTLY ON YOUR INVOICE, VIA PAYPAL OR DEBIT CARD. PLEASE NOTE: A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR DATE, AND REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID BEFORE YOUR DESIGN CAN BE SENT TO PRINT.

Step three

ONCE YOUR SPECIAL DATE HAS BEEN SECURED, YOU WILL RECEIVE LOG IN DETAILS TO YOUR VERY OWN CUSTOMER PORTAL. IN THIS PORTAL, YOU WILL FIND SEVERAL FORMS TO COMPLETE. THE FIRST IS YOUR BOOKING FORM - HERE YOU CAN LET ME KNOW THE DETAILS OF YOUR OTHER WONDERFUL WEDDING SUPPLIERS, AS WELL AS UPLOAD ANY PINTEREST BOARDS OR INSPO PHOTOS YOU MAY HAVE.

NEXT, YOU WILL HAVE A FEW FORMS TO COMPLETE WITH YOUR WORDING PREFERENCES. PLEASE DON’T WORRY ABOUT TRADITIONAL WORDING - I KNOW YOU LIKELY DON’T HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH WEDDING STATIONERY! AS LONG AS YOU INCLUDE THE VITAL INFORMATION THEN I CAN GIVE YOU A FEW WORDING VARIATIONS AROUND THIS.

Step four

THE FUN PART! ONCE YOUR FORMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, I WILL GET TO WORK ON YOUR DIGITAL DESIGN PROOFS. THESE ARE DIGITAL MOCK UPS, COMPLETE WITH YOUR CHOSEN ENVELOPES, WAX SEALS AND ANY OTHER ADD ONS, SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY HOW THEY’LL LOOK BEFORE WE SEND OFF TO PRINT.

Step five

once you have approved your beautiful design, we will send your dream wedding stationery off to print. assembly time will vary depending on design, but they will be worth the wait.
